Who we are
Company law compliance is rarely urgent until it is. We help businesses get it right from the start, and keep it right as they grow.
MD Corp Services is a firm of practising Company Secretaries. We work with founders, private and public companies, LLPs and foreign-invested businesses on company law, secretarial and regulatory compliance, from the day an entity is incorporated through every annual filing, board meeting and change that follows.
Our work covers incorporation, ROC and MCA filings, board and general meetings, statutory registers, secretarial audit and certification, FEMA reporting for foreign investment, restructuring, closure, and representation in specialised matters such as NCLT proceedings and compounding of offences.
Every engagement starts with understanding where your company stands today. We then agree the scope, the documents needed and the timeline with you before any work begins.
Professional standards
As practising Company Secretaries, we are bound by the Company Secretaries Act, 1980 and the code of conduct of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), including the duty to keep client information confidential.
