MD Corp Services is a firm of practising Company Secretaries. We incorporate companies
and LLPs, manage ROC and secretarial compliance, and advise on FEMA and corporate law, so you can
focus on running your business.
A practising Company Secretary is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) who holds a certificate of practice. We help companies and LLPs comply with the Companies Act, 2013, the LLP Act, 2008, FEMA and related laws: incorporating entities, filing forms with the Registrar of Companies, running board and general meetings, maintaining statutory records, carrying out secretarial audits and certifying documents.
Which documents are needed to register a private limited company?
For each director and shareholder: PAN, Aadhaar or another identity proof, a recent address proof and a photograph. For the registered office: a recent utility bill and the rent agreement or ownership proof, with a no-objection letter from the owner. Foreign nationals and NRIs need additional documents. We share an exact checklist after our first discussion.
How long does company incorporation take?
Once the documents are ready, incorporation usually takes one to two weeks. The time depends mainly on name approval and on processing at the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
Our company has missed past ROC filings. Can this be fixed?
In most cases, yes. Pending forms can usually still be filed with additional fees, and where needed we advise on remedies such as compounding or adjudication. We start by reviewing the company's filing history on the MCA portal.
Do you work with LLPs and foreign-owned companies?
Yes. We handle LLP incorporation and annual LLP filings, and FEMA compliance for companies with foreign investment, including FC-GPR and FC-TRS reporting.
How do we get started?
Call or WhatsApp us, or send an enquiry through the contact form. We will understand your requirement, share the list of documents needed and confirm the scope and fees before starting.
